Program Coordinator

Shelly Lewis

Shelly Lewis serves as our Program Coordinator. Shelly graduated cum laude from Franklin University with a dual Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Human Resources Management. In 2006, Shelly attained a Certificate of Corporate Community Involvement from the Boston College Center for Corporate Citizenship.

Shelly worked at Nationwide Insurance in Columbus for nearly 17 years before changing careers and joining the Community Relations department of Limited Brands as the Manager of Volunteer Programs in 2005 where she currently works.

Shelly is married to Cornell Lewis and together, they have 4 children. She is a member of the New Salem Missionary Baptist Church where she is active in ministry with the membership department. In 2007 - 2008, she was a fellow of the African American Leadership Academy. In addition, Shelly has been involved with the Volunteer Task Force and the Income Impact Council both with the United Way of Central Ohio. In 2010, she served on the board of the Volunteer Administrators Network (VAN) for Central Ohio. She is also a member of the Kitchen Cabinet committee for the Mid Ohio Food Bank.

I am thankful for EVF. It's given me a different way to look at life in seasons rather than as a mountain. My children and I are growing together.
