Mentor Training

Mentoring Center of Central Ohio offering mentor training to the Expanding Visions Foundation.

 
EVF is a partner agency of the Mentoring Center of Central Ohio. As a result, they offer several mentor trainings that are free to us. Below are the list of classes that are currently being offered. Please note that all mentors must complete the "Making of a Mentor/Relationship Building" class in order to be certified as a mentor with EVF. 

  •  "Making of a Mentor": Thurs Feb 9 and Weds Mar 7 both at 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.  ****MANDATORY FOR ALL MENTORS***

All classes are free of charge for mentors, mentees and staff of EVF. To register, call 614.233.MENT (6368) or email shughes@mentoringcenterco.org. Location for all classes is at HandsOn Central Ohio - 195 N. Grant Ave., 43215. Each training session is 2 hours from 6pm - 8pm. Participants completing 3 sessions will qualify to receive a certified training certificate.
 

Expanding Visions will open the eyes of young people. We will ensure that our participants have a positive contact from adults who believe in service to each other and relationship to all.
