How to get involved?
We are always seeking individuals who are interested in mentoring. For more information please email a response to the address below and you will be contacted within 48 hours with the process for application.
Mentor position applicants must:
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Submit to a background check
- Meet one-on-one with the Executive Director for a consultation
- Not have any felony convictions within the last 5 years
- Not currently be enrolled in a substance abuse program
- It is not necessary to have transportation, but it is desired
- Have valid identification such as a valid drivers license, valid state identification, social security card, military identification, etc.
The criteria above is for application to the program to become a mentor. The Expanding Visions Foundation reserves the right to ask for additional resources and references if need be. All applications will be considered fairly by members of the governing board.
